The project’s goal was to present the company, promote its products, and initiate long-term partnerships to activate or consolidate target markets, such as South Africa and Mexico, deemed strategic for the company’s development.

Strategic and commercial consulting aimed at tapping into new markets and identifying new commercial and distribution partners included the internationalization consultancy of a Temporary Export Manager (TEM). The company’s internationalization project was implemented by activating other services, such as promotional services, strategic consulting in social media and web marketing, geared towards foreign markets, and support for commercial innovation to assess the feasibility of entering new markets and introducing innovations in customer relationship management.

Participation in international trade fairs and exhibitions increased visibility and established new business contacts, leading to new export opportunities.
